It’s simple really, I have a MAJOR caffeine addiction yet I always order low calorie drinks at Starbucks.

I’m a big fan of ordering a “tall in a grande cup”.

Is there a way to actually score free coffee?

Yes.

You can either get a free drink of your choice on your birthday if you join the Starbucks rewards club, or get a 50 cent refill on drip coffee on your way out the door.

That refill is completely free if you’re a rewards member.
